We were inspired by developing this flourishing community in the Orchards. 'Rocha' is a type of pear fruit. It is a beautifully sweet, crisp, and fragrant fruit. Our trees throughout the community will blossom and produce delicious fruit you can enjoy while out for a walk with your family.
Rocha in the Orchards does not offer a Homeowner's Association. The walking trails around the pond, roads, and public grass is maintained by the City of Edmonton.
